Paragraph

A static block of text, instructions, descriptions, or supplementary copy that doesn't belong to a specific field.

A static paragraph of text. Use for instructions ("Please answer every question to the best of your knowledge"), context that applies to a group of fields, or any narrative that's part of the form rather than a property of a specific field.

Supports basic inline formatting: bold, italic, links. For richer formatting use

Rich text (though Rich text is for editable values, not static copy).

JavaScript recipes

Drive guidance off another answer (field description)

// Paragraphs can't be rewritten from JS, put dynamic guidance on a real
// field's description (aria-describedby, read by screen readers).
f365.events.onChange((e) => {
  if (e.fieldKey !== 'Country') return;
  f365.field('PostalCode').description =
    e.newValue === 'US' ? 'Format: 12345 or 12345-6789' : 'Enter your postal / ZIP code';
});

Surface a transient note on focus

f365.field('Notes').on('focus', () => {
  f365.ui.showToast('Keep this under 500 characters, it appears on the receipt.', 'info');
});
