SharePoint MultiChoice column

Multi-select from a fixed list. Written as a SharePoint "results" array.

The MultiChoice column stores zero, one, or many values from a fixed list. Binds to MultiChoice.

Write shape

The SP REST API expects:

{ "Categories": { "results": ["Sales", "Operations"] } }

The runtime's MultiChoice field mapper handles the wrapping. When you write via

f365.sp directly, you must include the { results: [...] } shape or SharePoint rejects the call.

Edge cases

  • Reading, SP returns the value the same way: { results: [...] }. Treat results as the list.
  • Empty, submitting an empty array clears the column.
