JavaScript recipes

The heading is not directly addressable from JS yet, drive it through the {Field} placeholders in its text instead. Set the heading text to something like Application: {ProjectName}, then keep that field populated.

Populate a heading placeholder on load

// Heading text = "Welcome, {Greeting}"
f365.events.onLoad(() => {
  const me = f365.user.current();
  f365.field('Greeting').value = me.title;
});

Keep a heading in sync as the user types

// Heading text = "Request, {ProjectName}"
f365.events.onChange((e) => {
  if (e.fieldKey === 'ProjectName') {
    // The heading re-renders automatically because its text
    // interpolates {ProjectName}; no further action needed.
  }
});
