Hidden field

A field that holds a value but renders nothing, used for system metadata, audit fields, and JS-driven state.

The Hidden field holds a value that participates in save, validation, and rules but never renders in the UI. Use it for system metadata (correlation ids, audit fields), JavaScript-driven state, or any column that needs to be written but should not be edited by the user.

Hidden is distinct from a normal field with visible: false, the latter is toggleable from the UI; Hidden is invisible by design and irreversible.
