Divider

A thin horizontal rule used to visually separate groups of fields without adding a named heading.

A horizontal rule used to separate groups of fields without introducing a heading. Lighter touch than Section; heavier than spacing alone.

The Divider is a display-only element, it holds no value, never writes to SharePoint, and has no type-specific properties. Style it with the shared border / spacing / colour controls on the Style tab, and gate it with the same visibility rules as any other component.

Properties

PropertyDescription
className
string
Custom CSS class applied to the rule for targeting from form CSS.
customCss

visibleIfModes
Array<'new' | 'edit' | 'display'>

JavaScript recipes

Show a divider's section only after a toggle

// Pair the divider with a visibleIf rule of {ShowMore} = true,
// then reflect the same state on the fields it separates.
f365.events.onChange((e) => {
  if (e.fieldKey === 'ShowMore') {
    const show = Boolean(e.newValue);
    f365.field('Notes').visible = show;
    f365.field('Attachments').visible = show;
  }
});

Collapse a group on load in display mode

f365.events.onLoad(() => {
  if (f365.context.displayMode === 'display') {
    f365.field('InternalNotes').hidden = true;
  }
});
